12 Egg Roll Wrappers
6 Bananas, cut in halves
1 1/2 Cups Creamy Peanut Butter
6 Pieces Bacon, cooked and halved
Melted Chocolate for garnish
Melted Reese’s Peanut Butter Baking Chips for garnish
Place parchment paper on counter.
Lay egg roll wrapper on parchment paper so that it looks like a diamond, not a square.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of peanut butter onto the middle of the egg roll wrapper.
Top with 1 piece of bacon and banana.
Fold up the bottom half and tightly fold in the sides. Gently roll, then seal fold with a drop of water.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Lightly coat each egg roll with vegetable oil.
Place egg rolls in basket of air fryer.
Air fry on 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Flip egg rolls and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter.
